Today James is 4 months old, which means another doctor visit. He is up to 12 pounds, 1 ounce, and 25 inches tall. James did not enjoy the shots they gave him, but he got over it quickly. He is in excellent shape, according to the doctor, and on schedule developmentally. Hopefully we will not see another doctor (other than the now-unnecessary cardiologist) until his 6-month checkup.
Mommy is working furiously to complete the purchase of James's new house (we're planning to live there too), with the closing scheduled for Feb. 12 - next Thursday. Tomorrow, James and I are going out to the new house to meet the inspector. We'll try to get some pictures while we're there. It's a nice house, with lots of room for James to grow, and it's very close to Mommy's work. We are enjoying our time with the grandparents, but James has already amassed so much stuff that he needs a room (or two or three) of his own. Hopefully we can complete the purchase without any problem.
